    Delta Kappa Psi is committed to ensuring the privacy and accuracy of your confidential information and to complying with both state and federal regulations concerning the use of personal information. Other than as required by laws that guarantee third-party access to certain types of information—or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access—personally-identifiable information is not shared with anyone or any entity other than the University of Redlands. In particular, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected on our website. This policy applies to information that is collected by any means, whether electronically, by telephone or on paper.


    Personal Information
    Delta Kappa Psi shares information with the University of Redlands, unless you request otherwise.  We will not disclose to any other party, without your consent, personal information, except in certain explicit circumstances in which disclosure is required by law. Additionally, Delta Kappa Psi will not distribute or sell personal information to third-party organizations.


    Information shared with the University of Redlands is managed in accordance with its privacy policy (see below).


    Access to Your Own Information
    If you are a registered user of this site, you may access and change your privacy preferences at any time, choosing which, if any, information is viewable to the public and to other registered users. The registered users area is password protected and only confirmed members of Delta Kappa Psi have access.


    Notification of Changes
    The Delta Kappa Psi Privacy Policy is reviewed periodically and may be modified at the discretion of the organization. Changes to the privacy policy will be incorporated and posted on this site. Information will be handled according to the privacy policy in effect at the time the information is used.


    University of Redlands Privacy Policy
    The University of Redlands maintains confidential records of its alumni and other constituents for official university use.  These records are used by many campus departments, in addition to various alumni groups to send correspondence, announcements and publications from the Och Tamale alumni magazine to reunion information to regional alumni event announcements to Greek and club mailings.


    More generally, official university use “… includes, but is not limited to:  dissemination of university news and publications; invitations to university, athletic, and alumni events; class reunion planning and activities; sanctioned university student clubs and organizations; alumni activities; solicitations for the Redlands Fund, endowment funds, and other authorized campaigns of the University of Redlands; and authorized third party solicitations endorsed by the university, such as affinity credit cards and alumni directory publications.” (From “Alumni Information Confidentiality Statement,” rev.
